Changes at the Yard
Birbeck's monitor, Tecumseh, was put in commission yesterday afternoon. She was built in Jersey City by Secor & Co., under the superintendence of George Birbeck, Jr., is represented to be one of the finest specimens of iron-clads in the country. The following is a list of her officers:
