"Trial Trip of the Tecumseh"
The experimental trial trip of the Ericsson monitor Tecumseh built at Messers. Secor's Yard in Jersey City, took place yesterday. A number of prominent naval gentlemen participated on the occasion. The object of the excursion was to test a new patent gun compressor, which is aid to have worked with entire satisfaction. A regular trial trip will take place in a few days.
